The Wyvern accommodation comprises a large social hall and stage area; a comfortable, lounge bar; a skittle alley; and a committee/general purpose room. Children are welcome at the Wyvern, which also has facilities for wheelchair users. Dogs are not allowed, except for guide dogs.
The bar is open every evening and at lunchtime on Sundays.
The main hall is adaptable to suit a variety of uses, including parties, discos and quizzes.
The Wyvern has facilities for holding meetings and conferences and has car parking on site for up to 125 vehicles. There is a separate meeting room which can hold 25 people and can be moved around to accommodate your needs.
The main hall can hold 140 people. There are facilities for wheelchair users and access to a hearing loop. Conference facilities include flip charts, Wi-Fi connection and Projector for hire. Tea, coffee and either buffet style or hot lunch can be provided including vegetarian options.
The Wyvern has won the award for CAMRA South West Regional Club of the Year many times over the years, most recently in 2022. There is always a choice of real ales available, including a range of guest ales.
